West Hoe surgery and residential development
With a growing population in this fast developing area of the city West Hoe Surgery required larger premises. The new surgery and residential development is on a former Plymouth City carpark in Plymouth’s waterfront district.
The doctor’s new building comprises of seven consulting rooms, 2 treatments rooms and a GP training room along with reception and other public areas.

The eight town houses and six flats, three of which are Building Regulations Part M4(2) compliant for disabled use all have their own parking and the materials used for the whole development were chosen to be empathetic to the historical context of the area.
