Lamorran House

Extensive refurbishment project – Shortlisted for the UK Property Awards 2019
Found as a derelict and unloved bungalow on the outskirts of the city of Truro, Cornwall, this house required a comprehensive refurbishment. The brief called for the property to be completely modernised into a beautiful bespoke contemporary home.

The complete building was reworked, sweeping out the dark and outdated set of claustrophobic rooms. This gives bright open plan living with an immediate connection to the landscaped gardens and rolling hills beyond.

We aim to utilise the best of existing architecture and context to give superbly rewarding results. Refurbishment of existing buildings can be a hugely worthwhile investment where retention of inherent character in a mature setting adds great value.
