Garden Cottage is a stunning detached, highly energy efficient house in Roborough, a village on the fringes of Plymouth.

Our Client purchased the site with planning permission for a detached dwelling and appointed us to make the desired design changes and submit for a Section 73 Application together with providing the Architectural Technical package for construction.

The house is highly efficient with power being created via a full solar panel system with an inverter battery pack storing the energy for when needed.
